In order to comply with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and in particular, its article 10, the following legal notice is made available to the user.
Access, browsing, and use of the website www.rexpoparts.com (hereinafter, the "website") imply the user's tacit and unconditional acceptance of all the provisions of this legal notice, having the same validity and effectiveness as any contract entered into in writing and signed.

Accessing and navigating the Website implies that the User fully accepts and commits to complying with this legal notice in its entirety, as well as any instructions or recommendations provided through the Website in each specific case. Rights over the Website Under no circumstances will it be understood that the User's access, browsing, and use of the Website implies a waiver, transmission, license, or total or partial assignment of these rights by REXPO. The User has the right to use the contents and/or services of the Website strictly for domestic use and solely for the purpose of enjoying the services provided in accordance with this legal notice. Rights over the Content and Information Provided by the User In the event that the User sends information or content of any kind to REXPO through any of the channels provided for this purpose, the User declares, guarantees, and accepts that they have the right to do so freely, that such information does not infringe any intellectual property, industrial, trade secret, or other rights of third parties, and that such information is not confidential or harmful to third parties. The User acknowledges that they assume responsibility and hold REXPO harmless for any communication or content they send personally or on their behalf. If the User becomes aware of the existence of any content that is illegal, contrary to the law, or that may constitute an infringement of intellectual property, industrial, or any other rights, they must immediately notify REXPO via the email address customerservice@rexpo.es so that appropriate measures can be taken.
Similarly, in the event that any User or a third party believes that any of the content on the REXPO website violates their intellectual property, industrial, or any other rights, they must send a communication to customerservice@rexpo.es with the following information:

1. Links to other websites: In the event that the Website displays links to other websites through various buttons, links, banners, or embedded content, REXPO informs that these are managed by third parties. REXPO does not have the human or technical means to know in advance, control, or approve all the information, content, products, or services provided by other platforms to which links from the Website may be established.
As a result, REXPO cannot assume any responsibility for any aspect related to the Website or the webpage to which a link may be established from the Website. Specifically, but not limited to, this includes aspects related to its operation, access, data, information, files, quality, and reliability of its products and services, its own links, and/or any of its content in general.

Failure to comply with any of the above obligations by the User may result in REXPO taking appropriate measures under the law and in the exercise of its rights or obligations, including the removal or blocking of the account of the infringing User, without the possibility of any compensation for the damages and losses caused.
8. Responsibilities and Guarantees
REXPO cannot guarantee the reliability, usefulness, or truthfulness of all the information and/or services and content on the Website, nor the usefulness or truthfulness of the documentation made available through it.

1. La continuidad de los contenidos, servicios y/o las funcionalidades del Sitio Web;

However, REXPO declares that it has taken all necessary measures, to the best of its ability and based on the state of the art, to ensure the operation of the Website and to minimize system errors, both from a technical perspective and in relation to the content published on the Website. REXPO does not guarantee the legality, reliability, or usefulness of the content provided by third parties through the Website. If the User becomes aware of the existence of any content that is unlawful, illegal, contrary to the law, or that may constitute an infringement of the rights of third parties, they must immediately notify REXPO so that the appropriate measures can be taken.
REXPO shall not be responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information published on the Website that comes from sources other than itself, nor for the information contained on other platforms linked from the Website. REXPO shall not assume responsibility for any potential harm that may arise from the use of such information.
REXPO shall not be liable for causes beyond its control, including but not limited to: force majeure, internet access issues, technological problems beyond the diligent and reasonable management of REXPO, actions or omissions of third parties, and so on. In all cases referred to, which are beyond the control and due diligence of REXPO, there shall be no compensation from REXPO to the User for damages or losses, to the extent permitted by current legislation.
9. Website Suspension
REXPO reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict, or interrupt, either temporarily or permanently, access, navigation, use, hosting, and/or downloading of content and/or the use of services on the Website, with or without prior notice, to Users who violate any of the provisions detailed in this legal notice. Users shall not have the possibility to demand any compensation for this reason.
10. Data Protection
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, all personal data collected during the use of the Website will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, which every User must expressly accept when providing personal data through the Website.
11. General
The headings of the various clauses are for informational purposes only and will not affect, qualify, or expand the interpretation of this legal notice. Likewise, REXPO may modify the conditions stipulated here, in whole or in part, by publishing any changes in the same manner as this legal notice or through any type of communication directed to Users.
The temporary validity of this legal notice, therefore, coincides with the time of its exposure, until it is modified in whole or in part, at which point the modified legal notice will take effect.
REXPO may terminate, suspend, or interrupt access to the content of the Website at any time and without prior notice, with no possibility for the User to demand any compensation. After such termination, the prohibitions on the use of the content as set out in this legal notice will remain in effect. If any provision of this legal notice is declared null or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any competent court, tribunal, or administrative body, such nullity or unenforceability will not affect the remaining provisions of this legal notice.
The failure or non-enforcement by REXPO of any right or condition contained in this legal notice shall not constitute a waiver of it, unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by REXPO.
12. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
The current regulations will determine the laws that must govern and the jurisdiction that must have jurisdiction over the relationships between REXPO and the Users of the Website. However, whenever such regulations provide for the possibility for the parties to submit to a specific jurisdiction, the current Spanish law at the time of the facts will apply to any litigious matter arising from or related to the Website. Likewise, REXPO and the Users, with the express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain).
