Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the weight and size of the product, as well as the destination zone.
It is possible that additional charges, such as taxes or customs duties, may apply depending on the destination country.
Shipping time
National shipments
The delivery time is 24 business hours from the time the order is placed. All shipments will be carried out by the DHL company.
Insular, Ceuta & Melilla
Shipping times may vary depending on the transportation company in the area. On average, you can expect it to take around 5 to 7 days.
International
Shipping times vary depending on the destination area. On average, you can expect it to take around 7 to 10 days.
Once the order has been placed, no changes to the shipping address are allowed, unless the customer covers the expenses and it is expressly accepted by both parties
Exchanges and Returns
In some cases, additional charges may apply for the exchange or return process, depending on the reason and the destination area

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I request the shipment of an order outside of Spain?
Yes, we do international shipping. If you have any questions, please contact us at the email customerservice@rexpo.es, and we will find the best way to deliver your order.
Can I pick up my order at a Rexpo store?
No, we ship our spare parts and consumables to the buyer's address. We do not have a physical store accessible to the public.
Delivery hours and dates
Please note that transport companies only operate from Monday to Friday. They do not make deliveries on Saturdays, and, of course, not on Sundays or holidays. Additionally, when we provide approximate delivery dates, we do not take into account local or regional holidays at the destination; we only consider national and local holidays at the point of origin.
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Transport companies may make the delivery at some point during the agreed-upon day before 8:00 PM. However, you can specify an approximate time, which the transport company will attempt to meet but is not obligated to. If they are unable to reach you, the transport company will attempt a second delivery arranged with you. If they still cannot reach you after the second attempt, you will need to pick up the order from the transport company's facilities.
What happens if my order has not been delivered?
If an order is sent and cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, the shipping costs paid will not be refunded, and the customer will need to pay for new shipping costs for the reshipment of the merchandise.
Responsibility for delivery times and carriers
Delivery times are approximate and cannot be taken as a firm guarantee, although in general, we fulfill them in 95% of orders. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to change the transport company with which we will send the package, but always maintaining the transit times.
Rexpo's responsibility is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather conditions that impede normal land, sea, or air traffic, etc.). In these cases, orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the previously mentioned deadlines will not apply.
